Return Conditions
1. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
3. We do not accept returns for the following items:
1. Items that have been used or washed.
2. Custom-made or sale items (unless there is a quality issue).
3. Accessories such as earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
Return Process
1. Please send a return request to service@meul.com.cn and include the following details:
1. Order number
2. Reason for the return
3. Photos of the item (if there is a quality issue)
2. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and the return address.
3. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has a quality defect.
Refund Process
1. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.
